The CRCs meet caregivers wherever they are in their journey – whether you are just starting out or making challenging decisions about complex care needs, the CRCs have resources for you.
The CRCs offer a secure online portal, CareNav, to easily access quality information, support, and resources, tailored to your experience and the needs of your care recipient. You will receive personalized services to match your unique caregiving needs, based upon your answers to a brief set of questions. Once you join, you will have a secure, personal dashboard loaded with information, such as:
- Fact and tip sheets, videos, online classes, and support
- Caregiver resources
- Access to skilled Family Care Navigators/Family Consultants
- Dashboard to track your information and find support
